Our soaking process leaves planks deeply infused with the flavor of wine or spirits, and provide complex flavor to complement a wide variety of meat, fish, cheese, pizza, vegetables, fruits, and desserts.
Our planks are unfinished on one side to allow a better absorption of spirits during the infusion process, and more char and flavor during grilling. The result is juicy, moist and aromatic food. Planks measure 6" wide x 12” long x 0.375” thick.

Guidelines for Grilling Planks:
Season the plank by lightly toasting each side before cooking food. This imparts more intense flavor and helps prevent warping.
•Heat grill to medium-high, (400°-425°F)
•Place prepared plank on grill, close lid and heat for 2 minutes
•Turn plank over, close lid and heat for an additional 2 minutes
•Once plank begins to crackle place food on plank and re-close lid
Caution: If grill becomes too hot, the plank may start to burn; use a spray bottle filled with water to extinguish any flames, adjust heat and continue cooking.
